Seasonal Special : Summer - with the Gourmet Godfather

The first of a series of 4 classes that look at seasonal food. Each class will focus on the fresh products of the season and cooking techniques for those products.
Classes can be done individually or as a set.
This first class looks at the food of summer and includes the making of fresh tomato sauce and the use of the wonderful summer vegetables and stone fruit.
Italian Regional Food: The Southern Regions

The first of a series of 5 classes that look at the food of the 20 regions of Italy. Classes can be done individually or as a set. Students completing the whole set will receive the Gourmet Godfather’s Certificate of Italian Cooking at the Graduation Dinner at Jacksons Restaurant.

The Italian Way with Seafood
