Perth Foodie David Infirri runs Vesbar Mobile Pizza Bar catering for private and Corporate functions. Let him share with you the 10 years experience he has gained from cooking wood-fired pizzas. You’ll learn to make the dough and the best pizza sauce to create traditional and gourmet pizzas, dessert pizza’s and other dishes that you can cook with your wood-fired OR conventional oven. Impress your guests with the tips and tricks you will learn at the Pizza Master Class!

Delicious Desserts

Spend an evening in the kitchen with ABC’s Kate Nelson talking all things sweet. Add 5 new desserts to your repertoire in this interactive class. Feeding a Crowd

If the numbers have been swelling at your family functions, this is the class for you! Learn the tricks of multiplying a recipe and tips for streamlining your production processes. Fragrant lemon chicken, ribs with dried beans, an assortment of side dishes, finishing with profiteroles and chocolate sauce. A class for those who celebrate in abundance!
